A mail-order business that wants to remain in business doesn't accept orders and take payment and then email customers 2 days later to say that Covid-19 is causing delays in despatch. I saw no warning of this on the website when I ordered, it was sprung on me today. The request for a review - of an order that may not arrive for some time - followed seconds later. The time to ask for a review - if you want a favourable one - is when you have actually filled an order in a timely and efficient manner.
