Excellent customer service from this company. My package never arrived in the post, i tried to track but was not getting anywhere. when I contacted black hair uk, i was told they would look into it and get back to me within 3 working days. On the 2nd day I had a phone call stating that the royal mail had lost the package due to the backlog but rest assured it would be hand delivered, and by that evening it was! Will definitely be using this company again!
