Products packed well - no damage, turned up in a reasonable time scale. But I did receive a different item to what I ordered, I’m very happy my product was replaced for a similar one if it was out of stock but the product I ordered was £1.50 more expensive and 4oz bigger than what I got. And the product I ordered is still available on the website so I’m not sure why I didn’t get this. Never been contacted about the substitution either.
