This is my very first order with this company but I am very impressed, the care with which the item was packed and the very nice handwritten note inside regarding the missing item was a nice personal touch. As regards the product I am very impressed with it I was given it to try by a relative and found it did exactly what it says on the bottle. 30-second curl spray. Excellent.
