The products which I ordered were not delivered. I contacted Black hair care as Royal Mail said they had delivered the products ordered. The person who I spoke to said he would investigate and the most probable outcome is that I would receive a refund as I had purchased the last two units of the items that I had ordered.
I did not receive a call back as promised and when I called back there was no answer.
I am very disappointed about this.
