A failure to deliver the items on Monday 20 April after a phone call on 19/4/2020. A breach of an agreed timescale in which to deliver the goods, and a total failure to comply with what was contractually agreed. There was no refund of the monies paid, efficiently nor at all to date, and I will not be recommending that any friends, colleagues or acquaintances purchase from this company, every again.
