Grant was amazing. Not only did he show us all the major sites but he gave us a quick history lesson, answered our questions and snapped photos of our family at all the major sites. He went above and beyond at the beginning and end of our tour. Our train from France was delayed by 2 hours so he waited to pick us up later and modified our pick up from our hotel to the train station. He was a great communicator using WhatsApp to keep in touch with us as we made our way to London. At the end of our trip we had a stressful situation trying to get the key to our Airbnb and he spent extra time driving us to multiple locations, literally driving in circles, and after spending an extra 30 minutes with us deposited us at a hotel and went in to speak to them to let them know our situation. He was a calming presence, aimed to serve us and took great care of us. Needless to say, Grant not only was a wonderful tour guide but a wonderful human being. I would 100% recommend Grant to anyone. He checked in the next morning to make sure everything had worked out for us.
