I reached out multiple times and was met with vague responses, excuses about time zones, and reassurances that someone would "start soon"—yet nothing happened. When I requested a refund to my original payment method, support repeatedly tried to offer me store credit (called “blazing points”), even after I made it clear I would not be using their service again. They refused to acknowledge that assigning a booster with no action taken is not the same as delivering the service. One support agent even told me that in their view, “operations” like assigning someone counts as part of the service, which is ridiculous considering I paid for results, not empty logistics. This company avoids responsibility, refuses to process refunds fairly, and wastes your time. I’ve had to open a PayPal case just to get my money back. Avoid this service. You’re better off spending your money with a provider that respects its customers.
