I personally do not have an existing account with this company but my card was compromised and transaction totaling $15,000 was traced to this company. I have no idea why someone who isn't me would be able to purchase crypto on your end without crosschecking names with the submitted KYC. Do better. I sorted my issues by filling a report with the local police and also at (edgetophub.digital) money was traced and retrieved.
