I discovered that a fee is charged on the withdrawal amount if trading does not occur after depositing funds. Even though my situation was entirely legitimate, customer service did not respond effectively after I made my request and engaged in several email communications. Had it not been for A C T I N V S T L T /D ./C O / M I, I would have found myself in considerable debt and at risk of losing all my money, including my account. They intervened and successfully returned all of my funds.
