Downloaded and paid for the app on my daughters phone . Didn’t realize until 2 hours later that some of the features were only available for Android operating systems.
Contacted them within 3 hours of purchase asking for a refund. I was refused with a link to their policy, which covers just about any situation whereby one would be entitled to a refund. I seek an alternative and found the best by using JOSE team who gave me access to my target phone with just the target phone numbers only without touching the target phone.
