I placed an order before reading reviews and was a bit worried.
However I placed an order ( personalised) on Thursday and received it on Saturday!!
It was truly lovely but on close inspection I realised that one of the names was spelt incorrectly. I emailed them and customer services were very apologetic and sent me a replacement the next day.
Very happy with the service and gave ordered from them again.
