Although the balloons arrived in an immaculate condition and a superb packaging the order should have arrived along with a jar of sweets which was missing. After contacting the customer service they promised to send the missing item the same day. They were indeed very helpful however the item arrived the very next day slightly tainting the big celebration I had prepared for my girlfriend. I will most surely use your company services in the future, I am just constructively writing this review for improvement purposes. Best, Lino
