Ordered a balloon on 19th November to be delivered on 24th November for my friends 50th Birthday. Have emailed Tilly Dewhurst regarding this and she replied that Royal Mail tried to deliver balloon on 26th.No redelivery card was left, and my friend and family were in all day,and no one knocked. I’ve said to Tilly, it’s partly Royal Mails fault, but think your company should send out balloons, at least two days before, not just one day,due to current covid situation.Sadly the balloon cannot be redelivered until next Tuesday, due to sickness in the post office, so my friend will receive a lovely flat as a pancake style balloon.By the time I got a track and trace number from Tilly, and actually tracked it, the delivery date was going to be 2nd December.(I couldn’t speak to a person, at Royal Mail, as it was all automated.)
