I have always been pleased with Bloonaway until my last order whereby the Birthday Balloon I ordered did not arrive until after the birthday date. I did have the option to pay an additional £3 to use a
different carrier as I was advised their was some delay in the Royal Mail system. I would have had liked the option to be asked if I wanted the Balloon to be posted a day earlier! Dissapointed this time around.
