Hi, I ordered for a Monday delivery ahead of a Tuesday birthday surprise. The order was delivered on Saturday morning, so it wasn’t a surprise for the recipient, and also one of the balloons was half deflated by Tuesday (despite reassurance via email this wouldn’t be the case). I can provide pictures. Service was almost...too punctual?!
