The balloons arrived on time and were a WOW with my elderly Mother in her Care Home, so many thanks for that; however, some bright spark decided to change the message printed on the large balloon from Pill (our home village) to Phil. Thankfully my Mother saw the funny side! Undoubtedly a genuine attempt to be helpful, but unfortunately not on this occasion. All the same, I would certainly use Bloonaway again.
