I do not know if you have received my first mail. But to say I am more than disappointed, would be the understatement of the year!! Order no: 145025890; according to you was due for delivery 27 February 2021. To date it has not been received.
This was for my grandson's 10th birthday and a video link-up had been arranged so I could see him opening the box.
I appreciate you are not responsible for Royal Mail deliveries, but, something has obviously gone very wrong.
I certainly will not be using your company again.
