I ordered 2 number balloons for my boyfriends birthday, but when they turned up I noticed I had been sent the wrong numbers. Although this was disappointing, I received excellent customer service when I contacted them about the issue. They immediately provided me with a full refund and were incredibly apologetic. I will definitely shop here again!
