I sent a beautiful black, gold and silver birthday balloon to my 19 year old daughter for her birthday with a bespoke message printed on an extra gold, star-shaped balloon (I didn't realise that was how you did it!). The day I ordered it she actually had a freak windsurfing accident where the windsurfing mast hit her in the face and she broke a tooth. The balloon arrived to wish her a happy birthday and to cheer her up! I wish I'd had one to cheer me up! It was spot on!
