I must now give you 10 out of 10 for customer service. I did have an issue with one of the balloons but once I contacted you I have been promised a replacement bouquet by Friday. The balloons were ordered for my daughters engagement on Christmas Day. I must say the balloons are very nice, very well presented and arrrived on time. Thank you for your help
