Customer care was excellent! Made a delivery mistake on ordering but soon corrected when rang and were really helpful when was concerned balloon hadn't arrived in the morning when expected royal mail delivery. Delivery was made in the afternoon and had a fantastic reaction when recipient received. Very happy and will be oredering from company again if need a balloon.
