Your service was great - but the delivery service failed - when I called as no one was there to take it in you cannot speak to anyone only options on the phone!! The balloon is now in a shop somewhere to late for the birthday surprise. 😞 would of been nice to speak to have spoken to the delivery service as when sending to a friend I could not give permission to deliver to a neighbour. Shame nice idea if it had worked out.
