l originally spoke to a lady called Tilly who was very helpful in helping me with my enquiries regarding a table top balloon for my daughters baby reveal party l was reassured that l would receive the product l ordered , unfortunately l was sent the wrong balloons which l later found out was not Tilly’s fault.
I did call and speak to a lovely gentleman called David who promptly ordered me the right item which l received the following morning.
