Didn't deliver my balloon on the day or even up to 3 days(when they say it could be delivered) after. They said royal mail had it and i'd have to take it up with them. It has been a week since they dispatched it so it will have definitely deflated by now. Ruined Valentines day surprise.
Will fight for a refund.
