Really pleased with delivery, however fell short of the five stars, as on the day of delivery the main translucent balloon forming the centre piece was somewhat deflated, meaning the pink giraffe inside looked like he was being suffocated rather than free to move around in the balloon like the picture depicts. Unfortunately that just took the edge off that expected wow factor for me, however the receiver appeared very happy nonetheless, so would use again
