I ordered balloons for my mum’s 70th birthday. The delivery was meant to be last Friday. Friday came and went, and no balloons arrived. I tried phoning numerous times but no answer. I emailed but no answer. It’s been a week now nearly, and I’ve got no answer, no refund, and NO balloons still! My mum’s birthday had to go ahead without the balloons. I am beyond disappointed and wondering if this company is a hoax. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
