The ordering process is easy. I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my Granddaughters birthday and added a sweet jar which didn’t arrive with the balloons. It was quickly sorted with an email but was disappointing hence the loss of a rating star. I’m sure it was just an oversight I would still recommend
