Thank you so much for the fantastic balloon bouquet for my niece's 11th birthday. It was a lovely surprise for her and made her very happy. It is difficult for anyone celebrating their birthday during lockdown, so it was lovely to be able to do this. Thank you for your fantastic customer service and replying to my emails very quickly and proactively telling me when some delivery times had become free. I know it must be a challenging time at the moment for your company, as with many others, so thank you so much for being able to do this.
