Excellent service from Bloonaway. While they weren’t able to send the balloon we originally selected for my daughter’s 8th Birthday, I did get a phone call to apologise and a replacement was sent (one which was actually nicer than the one I’d ordered, but hadn’t been available as an option before) The balloon arrived in a plain white square box - which has now been decorated - and with a colour coordinated ribbon and circular weight that can be worn, by a child, like a bracelet. Almost a week on, it still looks brand new. I’ll definitely be in touch in July for my other daughter’s birthday 😊
