So in lockdown, needed a "6" balloon for my son. Saw it, chose it, got to check out..........next available date - 10 days after birthday. Exitted, without a balloon.
Two days later - got a "personal" email from Tilly - asking if I needed a balloon, any problem she could help with as my purchase was incomplete.
Tilly opened the delivery date for the day before the birthday. In lockdown. Balloon arrived in time. Thank you. Customer service at its best. Even in lockdown. Thank you.
