Tilly was really helpful when the design I wanted was out of stock due to supplier issues. She helped me to quickly choose another design and the recipient was delighted. Really helped to brighten up a birthday during lockdown. A few issues with the delivery provider, but Tilly went out of her way to help resolve the issue, would highly recommend and will be using again.
