Fantastic company. My granddaughter was thrilled with the balloon bouquet. Excellent customer service - the balloons were delivered exactly on time, and the ongoing communication from Tilly after the order was placed was brilliant.
The balloons were beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again as they make the occasion special.
