I had ordered an 80th Birthday bouquet for my Dad, as I wanted to give him some positive surprises, seeing as we would be unable to have the family party that we'd originally planned this year due to Covid-19.
The day before they were due to arrive, I was emailed to say that there were 'supplier issues' and the bouquet I'd ordered was no longer available.
The alternatives offered in no way matched the original order (for which I had paid over £33), but I made a selection and hoped for the best.
What arrived was a total disappointment. One of the balloons was almost totally deflated and drooping onto the floor. The text was small and in one line, appearing like a cheap afterthought. I had to witness this via a video call which was incredibly upsetting and took the edge of what should have been a celebration.
When I emailed to advise Bloonaway of this, I received a polite response suggesting my next order would be wonderful.
Needless to say, I shall not be ordering anything from Bloonaway again and will be actively discouraging friends and family to avoid them.
