The balloon I ordered for my daughter’s second birthday arrived on the day I had specified (2 days before her birthday as I was worried about postal delays!) and it is still inflated now (5 days later)! I was really impressed with the communication from the company throughout the whole process - it really put my mind at ease! Thank you!
