The online ordering system was really easy to use and there was a vast selection of balloons to choose from. Delivery was punctual with plenty of warning of when they would come. There was brilliant communication when one of the balloons I had ordered was not available. The balloons themselves were really lovely and were loved by the recipient, the boxes were enjoyed by the children!. All in all a really great service from beginning to end, I would highly recommend to anyone.
