I order a Birthday balloon with sweets. The balloon came really quickly and was cute. I contacted company as no sweets arrived.
Tilly emailed me and apologised and as a way of saying sorry was going to add a gigantic lollipop with the order. The lollipop was smashed to pieces on arrival. They did try and put things right but I'm so disappointed with the overall service.
Wont be recommending company!
