The balloons and the service were fab. It was such a shame that it went wrong at the point of delivery. My recipient has a remote doorbell and was able to talk to the courier who refused to leave the parcel with the neighbours, in a safe place or on the doorstep all of which would have been very safe. It meant that he didn’t get his balloons until after his birthday and the moment was lost.
