At first I was a bit hesitant to buy a leather jacket online without seeing it (except on the website) and without trying it on. However I telephoned and the person I spoke to, Kim, was very reassuring and we discussed the jacket I wanted and what size I was likely to require and I was very confident in making a purchase. The jacket arrived the next day but unfortunately it was too small. I discussed it with Kim and he agreed to send me a replacement, two sizes larger, even before I had returned the first jacket. The new jacket represents superb value and is of excellent quality. I will certainly make further purchases in due course and have no hesitation in recommending Blue Moon Leathers to my friends.
