I had a 12 month guarantee, I used this on one occasion and Blue Sky were happy to help. Soon afterwards a similar fault occurred under the guarantee, I spoke to Blue Sky twice and they told me they would be happy to take another look, but they never called me back, I left plenty of messages and kept trying to call over the space of a month but received no call back. I had a guarantee which was not fully honoured, very disappointed in the lack of concern. I ended up calling another specialist.
