I ordered a Rino & Pelle coat which arrived very quickly. Had to order a bigger size so was pleased to ring & discuss this with a real person - a luxury these days - who was very helpful. My bigger size also arrived very quickly. The packaging was good too. Will definitely return for another Rino & Pelle coat soon, the quality is fantastic for a fairly reasonable price.
