Well, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I ordered an expensive ladies purse for an Xmas gift but the recipient didn't really like it. Blueberries credited me back with the cost. (I left it too late for a refund as it was bought and returned over the extended Xmas period.) For the next 3 years, I went back and forth to their website, looking for another gift. Eventually, after 3 years, I found two items - for myself ! In all that time, Blueberries were extremely patient with me, assuring me that the credit note would 'last forever' and reminding me of my email address (I have a few), credit note value and so on, with remarkable patience. So kudos to them for all that, and to their sense of humour and forbearance when confronted with a dozy customer. When I actually finally DID place an order, it arrived next day, all superbly wrapped and packed - and tracked. So I would highly recommend the Blueberries online ordering and delivery system. Still not got to the shop in person, but I would drop in, if in their vicinity.
