I was very pleased with the confirmation information and despatch details. My only frustration was that I received three different confirmations with three different despatch details. First DPD, then Royal Mail, which was an error because the amount paid would have covered courier and finally Interlink. Apart from the confusion on the dispatch, the product was great.
