My experience of the Blueberries service was excellent from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with a returned item that was the wrong size, paying the refund almost immediately. And I've rarely dealt with a company that responded so quickly to any enquiries. For me, it was definitely a customer service that went above and beyond.
