I understand there are policies on returning jewellery.. but when you have proof of the item being delivered minutes before and the item was not been taken out of its packaging it’s disapponting to be stuck with the item.
Lesson learnt.. don’t buy jewellery online go instore so you can actually see what you are purchasing.
