Have just purchased a BMW ex demo R18 from Bahnstormer Alton. Both the the MD (Alastair) on the initial consultation made me feel comfortbale and subsequent negotation and handover with Abby Marshall was very comfortable and confidence inspiring. Very impressed with this BMW dealership so far and they deserve to do well. You can't take this for granted as the service and 1980's sales approach from some (non bmw) dealerships is absolutely appalling and antiquated even in 2024. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW motorcyle.
