I returned to biking and found Abby Marshall to be welcoming, considerate, and highly informative. She arranged a couple of test rides, and once I had made up my mind about buying, she was straightforward in arranging the deal. Abby kept me informed about a couple of minor (positive) changes while waiting for the bike. On collection day, the bike was ready, gleaming, and she provided a helpful run-through of its main features. Overall, I’ve been impressed with the friendly and welcoming team at Bahnstormer Alton and look forward to an enduring relationship. 🏍️👍
