After 40 years being a client to BNP , i think this is the cherry on the cake.
I wanted to do an international transfer using an other service than theirs (avoiding thousands on fees + bad exchange rate) , their answer was to blackmailing me saying if you want us to do this transfer we can but you need to shut down your account !!! unbelievable. i won't mention their middle age online system and bad communication on top of it. RIP BNP
