They're brilliant ... recommended to me by a very keen photographer friend of mine for their quality publishing and easy to use software ... I have been delighted. I've had support to understand the software when needed (not often). I've greatly enjoyed creating my books and I have been thrilled with the quality of the finished product (and so are anyone I've been able to show the books to). The lay-flat spine is great as is the lustre finish photographic paper (and it's 300 gsm weight). I cannot recommend them more highly ... I have now put 16 years worth of digital photos into 11 books. Photo of a sample of them included.
