No real complaints - the presentation of the gifts were excellent. The only suggestion for improvement would be if an SMS or email could be sent to the sender to advise that the gift has been delivered. i had to call in to find out. Although the service on the phone was good, it took time out my day at such a critical time of year when there are a million other things that need to get done.
